Tim Langford BSc. Phm.
President
Tim is a third generation Pharmacist, a well-respected, seasoned retail pharmacy expert & owner of LGRx. He is a long standing member of the National Advisory Board of Drug Trading Co. Ltd. (“Drug Trading”) and a committed board member with the Ontario Pharmacists Association (OPA). Recognized as a dedicated professional by his local community, Tim is the proud recipient of the Chamber of Commerce Lifetime Achievement Award as well as the National Award for Developing Naloxone Strategy. More recently, Tim has been acknowledged for championing patient focused injection programs by being rewarded with an educational research grant for his stores. Tim believes good patient care is good business, and values his role in supporting all of his pharmacy teams, encouraging them to practice their full breadth of knowledge and skill. He strives to provide an environment that embraces & acknowledges our pharmacy teams for the important role they play.

Rebecca Farrelly
Senior Director, People & Development
Rebecca joined LGRx in 2014 after studying and working in Canada and abroad, bringing her background in communications, marketing and administration to the team. Throughout her career with LGRx, Rebecca has gained further expertise in Human Resources Management and is currently working towards her CHRP designation. She aims to provide programs and processes that add value to LGRx and its employees, leading to improved employee experience, empowerment, and retention. She is committed to the support and development of LGRx pharmacy teams and strives to help create working environments where people feel they belong and where they can continue to grow and develop their skills. Her areas of expertise and interest include talent acquisition, HR infrastructure, organizational development, performance management, employee health and wellness, and communications.

Kaitlin de Boer BBA
Director of Business Development & Marketing
Kaitlin joined LGRx in 2020 and brings over 14 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy within the pharmacy and home healthcare industry. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, with a specialization in Brand Communication & Management and a minor in Psychology. Throughout her career, Kaitlin has developed a strong passion for championing both Canadian and international pharmacy brands, helping bring them into the spotlight. By combining her creative vision with expertise in graphic and web design, she ensures our brands not only look their best, but perform at a high level. Kaitlin supports LGRx through the development of marketing materials and the execution of integrated campaigns designed to drive growth across our community pharmacy network. She plays a key role in shaping the LGRx brand both internally and externally, leading initiatives that reflect our commitment to delivering an enhanced level of care—ensuring each of our pharmacy locations is recognized, valued, and trusted within the communities they serve.

Hannah Duncan
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Hannah joined LGRx in 2024 and brings a strong background in marketing, operations, and customer experience to the team. She holds a Marketing diploma from Fanshawe College, with a focus on brand development, digital strategy, and creative execution. With experience spanning both financial services and pharmacy environments, Hannah has developed a well-rounded skill set that blends organization, communication, and creativity. Her ability to manage day-to-day operations while supporting marketing initiatives allows her to contribute to projects from concept through to execution. Hannah supports LGRx through a variety of marketing efforts, including social media management, campaign coordination, and content creation. She is passionate about helping community pharmacy brands grow their presence, connect with their audiences, and deliver meaningful, patient-focused experiences. Through her work, Hannah aims to bring a fresh, creative perspective to LGRx while supporting the continued growth and visibility of its pharmacy network.

Vicki Rodgers
Payroll and Finance Manager
Vicki joined LGRx in 2001 and brings over 35+ years of experience in accounting and office administration. Having worked in the public sector and in both private accounting firms and now at LGRx, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. A highly skilled and resourceful professional, Vicki works directly with our customers, suppliers and employees on matters related to client billing, supplier transactions and payroll. Her extensive knowledge of our business operations makes her an invaluable asset who consistently champions our patients and pharmacies and embodies the LGRx brand’s commitment to our patients and the communities in which we work and live.
